Barro's Pizza - Maricopa

We waited in the lobby for roughly 15 minutes while the staff walked back and forth past us and our takeout order. One was just getting himself something to drink from the fountain. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

This pizza is the best I've ever had. Would highly recommend. Knocked my taste buds outta the park man. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pizza was undercooked and wings not crispy. Took almost 3 hours to get the pizza. 10/10 would not recommend. Food: 1

Pizza was ordered online at 6:30pm I show up at 6:53 pm and the workers are lost don’t know what’s going on. I manage to pay but worker says the order is being worked on and goes to do other stuff. Then comes back and says oh you’re waiting on wings.. my order doesn’t have wings. Then the two other gals come up and ones is working the front dealing with phone at the front and the other is fidgeting on computer and the one at front asks Carly are you doing tips and she responds yes she is. I get it it’s almost close to closing but seriously if you have customers waiting on food but your tips are more important. Pizza was supposed to be done at 7 didn’t get it til 7:20 pm and then when asked for sauce the guy says he has to charge me extra. But for having to wait in the extra I should’ve gotten it for free but whatever apparently their tips are more important than having food in timely manner. The whole time there is no manager in sight to help. Customer service there is a JOKE!
