Dunkin' - Mariaville Lake

I did order kids food through mobile app and went to pick up the order they said “we are out of stock” my kids was asking can I get just donuts but they aren’t listed and saying everything out of stocks.. but my account had been changed and I reached out to them for 4 times which is way more times then what I spent for food. Still they are not able to refund my balance and solve this..Never ever go back here…

Burnt avocado toast, 4 pieces of snakin bacon and was ice cold . never

Parked my rig in the back parking area with the intent of having breakfast in the morning. The older man who woke me up told me I couldn't park there. I asked if they were open yet, he said we open at 4. It was 5. So on my way out of the empty parking lot I stopped at the drive-through window to ask directions to a Starbuck's. I don't think he understood the joke. I'll spend my money elsewhere.Parking: Not a lot of spaces. Bobtail truck can fit through the lot. Rear area was quiet, but expect to be kicked out once they open.

It's Dunkin, and I love Dunkin, but not this location.The old guy in the morning is rude, very poor customer service, and is never helpful. I avoid this place like the plague. Just can't seem to make anything right, or treat people right.

I continue to go to this dunkin because the service is hit or miss. My order is very easy and I never go in and complain when it’s wrong because I don’t want them to throw it away. I order a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel, lightly toasted. Every time i order from here my bagel is burnt and the cheese is cold. The older male cashier is very unfriendly and I never know my total before I go up to the window. Just disappointed after every order.
