Really great food for the price and EXCELLENT waitress! I got the pick 2 dinner with pork chop and chicken fried steak, my husband got the fisherman 's meal and we shared with our kiddo. The fish, krab cake, and shrimp were Delicious! I say go for seafood, my items were good . The greenbeans and the red beans/rice were just ok The fried green tomatoes appetizer were SO good, highly recommend! The cane syrup on the table was great on the biscuit! My parents were with us and got a pic 2 seafood and the everything salad.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing. Even as closing time approached, they kindly allowed me to stay and finish my meal. It’s a friendly place to enjoy good food. I really appreciated the theme of the restaurant. I forgot to take a picture of the menu, which was in a foreign language. I will definitely be returning to Po Folks for another meal!

The restaurant exceeded our expectations! We were in the mood for a home-cooked Southern meal, and Po Folks was the perfect choice. The food was delicious, with nearly everything made to order. The cookies and hushpuppies were fresh out of the oven, and the chicken tenders were baked to perfection. We also wanted to sample various items on the menu and thoroughly enjoyed the fried steak and chicken and dumplings. We’ll definitely be returning!

I recently had a wonderful dining experience at a restaurant. We ordered the blue ribbon chicken dinner, which includes four pieces of chicken, rice, and gravy, along with mashed potatoes and gravy, all for just $11.99. It was fantastic! My sons enjoyed two piglets’ jerseys and the cats' dish, also priced at $11.99. My wife opted for the chicken dinner for $10.99. To finish off our meal, we enjoyed a delicious blackberry and apple cobbler served with ice cream. I'm definitely adding this place to my favorites list!

I said no spices to the waitress. So I sent it back to get prawns and dimples, and the dimples were unstable (they said it was another grotto). She had cooked more shrimp in butter, and better geese.
