But I can assure you, I will never stop at this site again. Key pad on almost every pump arenot working. So you have to go inside and pre pay. I don't necessarily mind that, it the attitude from the clerk that I mind. Ican usually overlook things like poor maintenance and congested fuel lines, but the unnecessary attitude from the fuel deskclerk... not acceptable. If you took the time to read this, you should definitely heed my warning. Go somewhere else. Thank melater
Tried 3 different card readers at the pump. 2 had error messages and the 3rd read see cashier after going through the prompts. On a long road trip you don't want to stand in line to pay for gas. In addition, you don't know the exact dollar amount of gasyou are actually going to need so if you guess wrong you have to go back inside and go through the process again. Just a lot ofunnecessary work and time wasted for something as simple as buying gas. The employees were nice and the bathrooms were clean.
I woke up ready to use the restroom and take a shower, but to my disappointment, both were closed. They claimed the water was shut off, yet the coffee was still being brewed and the sink next to it was functioning perfectly. Pilot, what’s going on? Many of us rely on your services, especially those of us who spend a lot of time on the road. I doubt I’ll be stopping here again.
As a travel nurse, I often visit Pilots across the United States. I usually pay 50 cents for my hot tea, but today, when I informed the cashier that I wanted hot tea, she charged me $2.46. I was taken aback and pointed out that every other Pilot has only charged me 50 cents for it. Her response? She insisted that since it was a hot drink, the price was $2.46. Talk about a welcome back to the South! The rudeness was unparalleled—definitely the worst experience I've had at a Pilot location!
The service was absolutely terrible. Every employee we encountered today was rude, aggressive, and made for a completely unpleasant experience. They frequently raised their voices, ignored us, and spoke to us as if we were foolish. The only positive aspect was that the showers were clean.
