We visited this locally yesterday, as we do not want to visit a typical Austrian gas house. the 100% positive reviews have led us to try out locally, but we have asked ourselves why it has so few reviews. now we know: it is a secret tip because on Friday night still a place to get was pure happiness! Many casual, sporty locals enjoy an excellent kitchen and excellent beer specialities there. we had bark high rib with sweet and kartoffelwedges and were very satisfied. we also recommend the self-bread pils. both were not on the map and was recommended by the attentive and warm service. the local is Alpine-modern and the only manko, if you look for one, is that the interior architect has no idea of acoustics. the noise is very loud when the gaststube is fully occupied and only when we enter the large tables quietly we enter it more cozy at hut level.
Overal a great evening. Nice and modern interior. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is also of a high standard and tasted great! Dessert were also very tasty. They have they're own craft beer which was also very good. It is definitely not your typical Austrian gasthouse which is very positive. Nice to have experienced something different on our stay in saalfelden. Definitely worth visiting. Tip: make sure to make a reservation before hand there aren't many tables.
Excellent kitchen. meat bio quality . very nice staff. on weekend I recommend booking. price level 8-18€ per main course.
The hubertus is a modern restaurant with its own craft beer brewery and mini beer garden with four modern apartments (from € 80,-/night) and a cozy, modernized holiday home.And the location is fantastic: very quiet despite being connected to a road and bus line and with a clear view over the valley direction of the zell am see and Kitzsteinhorn.The restaurant is still very modern. there is a crimson, cheerful, stylish lamps etc. On the terrace wait benches and tables in the sun, moreover a campfire and cuddly.The service of michi and the wetin barbara was creepy nice: we felt very welcome and almost as friends.And the food was also pointed: both the appetizer "saibling and laughing" 0.2/0,3/0.5 l between € 2.20 and approx. € 4.50) have enriched the evening.The rooms (restaurantstube, gastgarten, beer garden, wine cellar) can be rented for and as a group also inhabit the brewing.Enjoying is the gasthaus only open on Thursdays to Sundays and the homepage could be updated "(afternoon 2016 closed) and with much more photo. At a walk over the forest and durst-causing sign, we were randomly pushed onto the hubertus and, as it is sometimes, these are the best discoveries.
