Bj's Brewhouse - Marelly's

Hello! My first time in BJs has left me feeling like I didn’t want to leave. Sherlay (the bartender) was amazing! She made me feel right at home!! I definitely will be back and recommend all my family and friends here due to her professionalism, her conversation,and expertise in what she does . I even found my new favorite drink because of her!! Thanks for making the first time a truly memorable one!!

I’ve avoided this particular BJ’s restaurant because of the poor customer service in the past. My family and I decided to give this location a try since we recently had a good experience at another BJ’s location. I can see that not much changed because the hostess was not very helpful. She was not communicative, and rarely looked up from her computer. She didn’t greet us, and we had to ask her to be seated. She said “one moment”, and walked back and forth and began speaking to another staff member for some time. She never addressed us again. We just left after being ignored. I called the restaurant and spoke with Ed who identified himself as the manager. He explained that he was the staff member the hostess was speaking to and claimed that they were trying to find seating for us. They never communicated that to us. We were just left sitting there wondering if they had forgotten about us. Poor service all around and I will not be back!

Our server Michelle H was amazing . Great attitude and personality , very fast and prompt service , and very friendly . The food was also outstanding . I highly recommend everyone to try this location in particular .
