Yay Grand - Mardin

The room looked clean at the beginning but when I looked to the carpet it was full of hair and dust. And the bed was full of body hair. It was last time booking so we had to stay there, but I wouldn’t recommend. There are plenty of hotels in the city centre with the same price maybe cheaper. Breakfast was good.

Bad option Not deserve the money which you will pay Even they are taking money from the guests(displaced people) who are coming from the earthquake areas without feeling shame And asking meal prices from the people who run away from the earthquake No shame !!

Clean,big rooms,clean beds,good bathroom and clean,staff very polite and helpful specially the reception and the gentleman helping with loggage. Food was good. This is a very good hotel if you want to enjoy yor time and not getting angry with general problems of hotels. Wifi good. Air condition good but making a little bit disturbing noise. Bathroom hot water good and good preasure. Recomended

It's big variety of food for breakfast!Very good Wi-Fi!But the employees don't speak any English and I don't speak Turkish,so I think they should take some English classes.I like that they clean the rooms every day,because I have been to other hotels,where I don't have this service every day.

Its not my first choice its 2 stars in everything you get it internet foid clean but it looks good from the outside of the room
