Contribuiți la feedbackA lot of dishes are very hard work (vegetarian, meat,.. but the waiting time is really too long and the price too high The sight and kindness of the waiters reduces the wait a little. If I were you, I would focus more on the...time of speed at the risk of making a slightly less elaborate dish. I advise you to make discounts for large families, job application... because the price is too high for a family of five, six, seven... person.
For a group of service of canapés, aperitif and then meal went without a hitch. Most important, the acoustics of the room enabled conversation across the tables without problems, which is often not the case in larger restaurants.
This restaurant was booked for a very special occasion by a French friend. The occasion was a reunion meal for English and French friends, some of whom had not met since the English group including myself, combined the reunion with a tour of...the nearby battlefields. A set menu was arranged beforehand to make things easier on the night and also because the oldest member of the English group (aged is very conservative with his food and reluctant to try French dishes. So the manager was very accommodating and provided a set menu, including drinks, at a very reasonable price of francs each. Starters; Coquille St Jacques/Foie Gras Main; Steak or Fish Dessert; Patisserie and Glaces. The ambiance was welcoming and warm with staff going out of their way to be helpful. The setting of the table, too, was very attractive and the view of the racecourse outside very unusual. It really was a very special night with lots of nostalgia including the discreet singing of a couple of Beatle songs) and the venue contributed to the success of the evening. I would certainly return to this restaurant and sample their more extensive menu. The setting is relaxing, the food very good and the staff very friendly.
