Mcdonald's - Marco Island

I visited the McDonald's drive-thru at 10:15 this morning. I tried to order some lunch menu items, but I was informed they weren't available. I also requested a Diet Coke, only to be told there were no sodas at all.

During our second visit to this restaurant, we encountered the most incompetent servers we've ever experienced at a fast food establishment, and it will certainly be our last time here. Our first visit was even more disappointing. As full-time residents of this island, we cannot recommend this place to anyone. We had to select a rating to submit this review; there were no zero-star options, so we reluctantly had to assign a star. Believe me, if it were possible, we wouldn’t give it any stars at all!

Mixed feelings about this place. The locals appear to enjoy the laid-back vibe of this McDonald's, reminiscent of the sense of community I've experienced in the U.S. Unfortunately, they ran out of ice during our late afternoon visit. While the staff was friendly, the atmosphere felt a bit disorganized.

I used the kiosk to place my order, and it was a fantastic contactless experience. The staff was very friendly, which made us really appreciate how we received our order.

The restaurant is located in the parking lot, accessible only by car. The staff can be a bit intimidating when it comes to placing your order. However, my contractor, despite being busy, was professional and attentive. It's the dedicated employees at every McDonald's that truly make a difference, and this one is no exception!
