Customer service is super supportive. Had an issue with the tax free form a store and they help me to resolve it. Prices in stores are okeish, better to go when sale is on.

This Outlet can get a bit over crowded, but they have a few good shops I'll keep returning item's. Getting to the from the autostrada is hectic and annoying as well.

Food was good but ofcourse i have had better pizza before and price is pretty reasonable. Great location middle of the outlet. The one bad thing is the service speed as there are only 1 waiter serving both the restaurant and the connected bakery shop so it was very slow to get the order taken

It's overpriced outlet pizzeria, not much else to be said. Crust was burnt, sauce is basically just passata by itself, average quality cheese/meat with some basil thrown on top. Staff were friendly at least but not enough to make up for everything else.

Even a dog is smarter than the people who work there. We waited 1,5 hours for a pizza, they don't know a word în English and they don't give a fu.k about the clients. Not even the directory of the place. Bad experience and bad food and 4.3 € one cola. DON'T GO THERE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR DAY.
