Contribuiți la feedbackWith some mixed feelings (we know that locally from previous blossoms) we have landed to eat here. we were not disappointed! the kitchen was excellent, the environment perfect!
Who gave good reviews must be the owner of the restaurant or some relatives. We waited TWO (2) hours to see some food and finally, it was very disappointing bad quality and overcooked. Dishes were served without order such that we did not eat together. Antipasto arrived AFTER the main course. We complained three times about the delay but without success. I was expecting apologies from the staff but not even these arrived. The food: overcooked pasta and fish. Octopus did not taste like fresh at all. I won't recommend this restaurant and I will never give a cent to these people because they don't deserve it.
The fresh tagliolini with pesto and pistaschios was excellent. Casual beach restaurant. Yummy pasta for a chilled lunch.
I went there for dinner. The location is amazing: on the beach where you can see the sunset. The food is good, but old fashion style: very traditional. The tableware is very poor and the service has to be improved absolutely. No wine list and the wine glasses ... depressing. PS They do not accept credit cards ... only CASH!!!
Bagni Paola was recommended to us by our AirBnb host. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional so tasty that we went back for dinner on our second night. The first night we enjoyed the seafood ravioli (my favourite dish during 9 days in Italy), seafood and asparagus risotto and the fried fish platter. The second night we tried the octopus salad (my fiancé said it was the most tender e had ever eaten). Sadly, the ravioli we returned for was sold out so we had the seafood risotto again and a calzone. Both delicious. Coupled with the fantastic view, the restaurant is situated right on the beach providing exceptional views of the bay especially at sunset. Suitable for couples and families.
