After living in Marcellus for 14 years and working for over 3 years at a quality food cream stand, I've come to a disappointing conclusion about this place. The portions may be large, but that's perhaps a reflection of the subpar quality of the ice cream. Normally, I wouldn't write a review, but having observed how the owner treats their employees before customers, and the frankly terrible way they treat the customers as well, I feel compelled to share my experience. They truly deserve a 1-star rating due to their appalling attitude.
