The meals we had were very forgettable. The ground beef was very bland and the chicken was dry. The sauces and salsa's were very thin and runny. The queso would hardly stay on a chip. The margaritas tasted as though the tequila was almost nonexistent. The service was adequate. The ambience was extremely noisy. Next time here I'd go down the street and have a burger.

Have never been disappointed in the food we have received from los Chimas. Sometimes the service is not the best and sometimes the wait is longer than expected but it's always worth it.

I just wanted to say I ordered a gordo burrito which has chicken, steak, chorizo, shrimp, rice and beans and split it with a family member. I expected it to be more rice and beans forward rather than protein forward, but. ? this burrito had so much tender, flavorful meat, I almost wished for more rice and beans to balance it out. ??
