Romano's Pizzeria - Marblehead

Ordered a pizza.....never showed up. I called them after waiting 40 mins the guy said that he was waiting on the driver to get back. This was at 8.pm and i ordered at 7:24. Obviously they closed at 8pm never received a phone call nothing. Its now 9pm no pizza and everything is closed. A courtesy call would have been nice. I have ordered from here many times and never an issue. I do not know what happened tonight but this left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will be calling in the morning to ensure my debit card wasnt charged.

This is what they call pepperoni and ham . Do you see any ham here? According to a phone conversation The right amount of ham was placed there. Well, at least they had charged the right amount of money.

The pizza is alright. Your basic thin brick oven style NY ish type. It was good, crust has no flavor though. I like at least a buttery flavor to it personally. Nothing special but good for a quite bite.

Always friendly, always great service, they also deliver! They have a large variety of items on their menu, and we've been customers for years. Highly recommend them!!

I've been eating this pizza for something like 30 years, it's never changed and has always been amazing. Same people behind the counter too and always a friendly face. Whenever I'm home I always grab a few slices.
