Fù Shì Shòu Sī - MARBLE FALLS

During our first night in Marble Falls, I decided to try out this restaurant. The seaweed salad was good, but the mushroom soup simply had a mushroom placed in it without being cooked. The sushi roll my friend ordered was quite unusual, with cream cheese on top and a mixture of salmon, white raw fish, and mango toppings. The combination tasted oddly balanced and a bit unfamiliar to us from Taiwan. The spicy edamame turned out to be a mistake, as it was overly salty and spicy. The stir-fried noodles were also too salty, prompting me to only eat the pork and not the noodles. My local friends were not familiar with this restaurant, and it seemed that the flavors may not have been suited to our palates from Taiwan. I would not choose to dine here again. Ever since Fuji opened, it has consistently been excellent. With the recent closure of the T-Mobile next door, they should consider expanding into that space! The service, dining in for lunch, is top-notch, with an average price range of $30-50 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5. Highly recommended dishes include the Miso Soup, Crunchy Roll, various types of Fish, Mushroom Soup, Fuji Fried Rice, Salad, and Rolls.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy delicious sushi with amazing lunch specials. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is top-notch. The price per person ranges from $10 to $20. I highly recommend trying the Miso Soup, Lunch Special Sushi and Sashimi Combo, Edamame, Philadelphia Roll, and Roll.
