Sacay Beach Club - Marbella

Worst service in all of Spain. Waited 2 hours and never received even an olive or bread. Poor organisation and nobody cares about. Tables who turned up 30 minutes after were served before us. Then tried to deliver all 3 courses at once. Really poor and avoided at all costs

We just ate in this restaurant on the east side of Marbella, on the beach. The food is the best we have tasted all week. The staff are so attentive as well.

Ok let me get the negative out the way first. It took a long time to get served… However, do not let that stop you visiting this restaurant. I can honestly say that the food, ambience from the beach dj, and quality of establishment makes this place a must visit. This is bbq fish heaven. On a run I spotted that this place had an exterior bbq cooking fish. And when I went in I was told that the fish bbq was it’s speciality What we ordered was a vast arrange of fish and seafood especially. What we was presented with was a tastebud explosion of tantalising friends from the ocean, and even the turbot was caught fresh that morning by their own staff. The salads were divine with fresh seared tuna adding pungent aroma, and the beef tomato salad topped with a delightful pesto. The goats geese and avocado salad was served with apple poached in clove and star anise. That was stunning. However the large garlic prawns, ginger bbq dorado, bbq anchovies, Cajun paprika bbq octopus, fresh caught lemon and salted bbq turbot, garlic bbq bass, and bbq squid were all perfectly cooked, charred and tasteful. This was probably the best showcase of fish I have ever tasted. Absolutely delicious. Faultless in fact. I have to mention the homemade brownies and of course the incredible carrot cake flavoured with nutmeg, however this is food caught from the sea and delivered to your plate via a bbq from heaven. We loved this meal. What wonderful food.

Un local junto al mar con vista a la playa de El Cable, bien decorado, bien gestionado con una carta muy acertada y unos precios asumibles. Los platos son generosos y servidos por un personal atento y simpático.
