Just having lunch with my wife. Service was good enough and the ambiance is quite good, considering that it has a native style, using bamboos as decorations. However, I fell disgusted about the food that we ordered: The kalderita and papaitan is ok. The chicken chopsuey that we ordered doesn't look like chopsuey. All are from the neck of a chicken and the WORST, that I almost throw-up, meat are still undercooked. You can still see the blood. It is still RED. I talked to the waitress and told her to inform their cook that he served us with chopsuey with undercooked chicken meat. Right then and there, I stopped eating, for I know the effects of eating undercooked meat. I studied Food Safety. This is the worst restaurant I have been to.
