Seven Mile Grill - Marathon

A group of five recently dined at this nice, small restaurant that had just reopened under new ownership. The establishment was very clean, the waitress, Cha Cha, was friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The group ordered a combination appetizer and potato skins to share. For dinner, three of them enjoyed a fried grouper sandwich with fries, one had the shrimp basket with onion rings, and another had the Mahi Mahi tacos. The grouper was especially enjoyed for its thick and juicy piece of fish. The jumbo shrimp in the shrimp basket were a nice touch. They also shared a Key lime pie and chocolate lava cake for dessert. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating options. The group plans to return for breakfast to try the homemade corned beef hash. They have been back several times since and have always enjoyed the food.

This place is a jewel! We are locals and love love love this place. Best food and service. We come here at least once a week and Cheyenne is the best. Super attentive and sweet they love. If you visit or you are a local sitting in their section, which is a fantastic experience! I can't say enough great things! Kristine and Dan the owners are just the best! I always have to give Josh a huge scream in the kitchen and his staff! Food is amazing. Here’s the thing when you’re looking for Fast Food hit a McDonald’s, but when you’re looking for local key life stop here. It is a key thing to be patient and friendly and you will be in love! 7 mile grill is ideal for any meal! Try it will not disappoint!

Great stop in the keys! Good people, cold beer and good food. They even brought some freshly caught fish to my wife and I as an additional bonus (it was excellent grilled snapper)! I had an excellent group sandwich. Skip the chains and come here. Great people and great atmosphere.

Was so often to the marathon and has never been in 7 miles, what a great place... bartender busted her ****, eating was really good, big portions too, and Mimosas were very good, and only 6 bucks! Will definitely go back there:

During our stay in Marathon, Florida en route to Key West, my wife, a friend, and I came across a hidden gem of a restaurant called 7 Mile Grill. I have to say, the food was absolutely amazing! I had the black grouper wrap, which was out of this world. My wife raved about the delicious black shrimp tacos, and my friend thoroughly enjoyed the Seven Mile Burger. Not only was the food top-notch, but the staff was also fantastic. Adam was gracious, and Cha Cha Cha, our waitress and hostess, was wonderful. It's a great place to dine with great company.
