KFC - Marangaroo

I always thought that this franchise KFC has strict guidelines for cleanliness. On the day I visited they must have been short staffed because the place was very dirty. Rubbish on tables, food scraps on floors and full of flies. We did not purchase any food!

Never seen fast food so slow. They had more staff than customers and still managed to take 10 minutes to serve people. Stunningly inefficient.

Every now and then I come to one of these places to see if they have improved , and they haven't I think the chicken is getting smaller .

Staff need to be trained in customer service and product knowledge before putting them out serving guests.

Just been to this store, I specifically asked for leg thigh and breast 9 piece Pak.As normal you get what they throw in the box. If my reciept says the above and I ask if that ok then that's what I expect to get.No customer service what so ever. You can stick your wings where they fit. You just lost a customer ya bunch of morons. Maybe get a new manager that's a start.I even tried to phone to complain and no answer surprise suprise..
