I had lunch for the fourth time in this restaurant, always satisfied with the food I had. The “Plato del dia” was also always good (which is not the case in many restaurants) and the service is great. They have cheap prices and good portions (and also have fresh orange juice that my wife loves and lacks in many restaurants in Mar del Plata). If you are in the area, looking for a maid style food, then this is the place.

This restaurant has been close to Plaza Dardo Rocha for 4 years (since 2010) and we discovered it by chance, just by. It is on a corner (like many restaurants in Mar del Plata) occupied an old house with a corrugated roof and ceiling. The decor also tends to show collection objects, paintings (for sale), a huge chandelier, and it is a pleasant old Argentina in general. Even if it does not advertise it has a very good quality clientele. The tables are not all clamped together, there is plenty of room to feel comfortable. The service is excellent. The food is very well made Argentinian (for a change): the best cuts of beef and lamb to choose from among the typical empanadas, pies, baked veal, chicken, salad and simple desserts. The wine list is commendable. The bread basket is very good although they do not charge cover (which is unusual) Given the cost of beef, prices are very reasonable. Either coffee or a glass of fine Lemoncello is in the house at the end of the meal. You accept big credit cards. I advise you to try it, I am positive you will like it

I love going to this place, attention is first, food is of excellent quality, all in its measure, nothing greasy or past, always perfect. the setting is super nice, makes you feel comfortable and like at grandma's house with rich food.
