So the manager came to offer us a table on the deck, but we told him we'd expect a table inside. When the inside table was released, the moza called us to take care of it, but at the time of sitting there came the manager to throw us out because he had reserved it for the people who came later to us. He invented us in very bad ways and told us that we were not the ones who told him how to do the work he was dealing with. Then the moza came to apologize because it was really a ball and the manager appeared again to continue arguing and telling us that we were infantile, among other things. He told us that if we didn't like him, we went out and told him we were waiting to pay to go and he told us to leave without paying if we wanted to. Obviously we retired without paying prior consultation to the moza if they did not distrust her, because her service had been excellent and we did not want to hurt her. Really a difficult experience, the manager gave us a bad time.

Good food, good beer, good attention from the waitress... but the manager Diego has the ability to ruin the night to the diners, and he does. He did it with the table next door, who he threw out of his place to leave them in a tiny place and they ended up leaving. He did it with us, that we were super happy and having a good time (we had consumed potatoes, pizzas, three rounds of beers and drinks and we were going to order more drink) when he demanded that we consume more and threatened to kick us out if that didn't happen. After that, she grabbed it with our waitress, Martina (who treated us well, with all the waves) because she did not demand or threaten us as he wanted. He obviously told her about everything because we saw her crying in the bar, and seeing that she didn't respond (and after Diego reclaimed something) she kept crying in the bathroom and we didn't see her anymore. Actually, I don't understand how such a nice place, with good gastronomy and drink, can be regent by people as inept for dealing with people. We asked him about the situation and he used evasives and denied something happened. It was Saturday and all the places were full except that. With our experience and reading that of other users, we understand why there was still free space in that place. In order for people to continue to enjoy a place of refuge, and for the people who work there to spend it super well, I hope they will change those who have the responsibility to serve the customers. And fortunately, the rest of the staff do not follow these examples. There is light at the end of the tunnel if appropriate measures are taken.

The place is very good, excellent area surrounded by other bars. At Sound the attention is excellent. They always treat you fast and smoothly. You can make reservations as the place explodes at night (if you want to be at a table) There are free games, drinks are very rich. The best campari I took in a bar. Women's baths always clean (it should always be so, it should be normal. But we know very well that it does not often happen in discos/bars) Pretty low prices if you grab the happy hours. Recommended!
