Pan & Manteca - Mar del Plata

After we had some days in a row of beef, we were happy to eat deliciously prepared chicken. You should try the fried bananas. There is a beautiful historical note to the building and the management has various useful tips on how to...live a good life (in Spanish). So, here you get something for the body and the soul.

Nicholas and Ramon welcomed me back to Pan and Manteca. This time I chose the Pan and Manteca Steak with was an excellent steak with pancetta, red paprika, queen and potatoes. A after dinner drink from Tia Maria rounded off an excellent meal.

We found Pan Manteca by chance, but it was a very happy accident. Ramon, Nicholas and Gonzalo invited us to the restaurant very well, although my Spanish is limited. The menu was handwritten and the steaks were only exceptional. We also met some other cartridges of the restaurant and it turned into a wonderful evening. The restaurant can be difficult to find, but it is worth it. I'm looking forward to a quick return.

Picadas, sandwiches and pastries, everything is delicious. It was beautifully decorated with old photos of Argentine celebrities and antiques. There is always soft music in the background.
