Service was spectacular, was never without a drink, and everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Sandwich was great, had the pulled pork and it was delicious. Fries were atrocious, overcooked to the point of being inedible. That was very disappointing, but they did discount our meal due to this fact. So while it wasn't the best experience, the first time I ever had any problem at S+S, it wasn't bad thanks to the great service and willingness to make up for their mistakes.

Drinks were so well made, great view and downtown. Also, their desserts are just rich and delicious.

The waiter was very knowledgeable and the service was fast. I ordered the ribs as not fatty, but that apparently really meant cooked until there was no fat which caused the meat to be overcooked and dry. The brisket as cooked well done as us often the case but was on the dry side. The French fries were very tasty, though a friend had said they were supposed to be lighted breaded.
