My daily coffee stop…for when I need a boost to get through the Day....and sleepy mode......They have opened back up the Lobby..it had been closed…

Drive through service is trash. Made me go around twice because the cashier forgot that there were two lanes to take orders from.

Tried going her for breakfast and was excited to see zero cars in the drive thru. Pulled in and was greeted by the automated app nonsense. Very deceiving since it makes you think that you're actually talking to a human when you're not. 8min I sat there with zero cars awaiting food delivery in front of me with nothing. I should have been completely thru the line and done in that time and you ran me out of time to even get breakfast before I had to leave for work in order to be on time. Cost … – show

Enjoyed my ice cream cone today first they brought out ice cream cone in a cup. I told the worker to take it back and bring my ice cream cone with the highest height

This is by far the WORST McDonalds in the city of St. Louis. There haven't been one time that I've been there that I've had a pleasant experience. The drive thru line is consistently at a stand still during morning rush. Today I sat in line for over 20 minutes which caused me to be late for work. The staff is rude and dismissive. It's HORRIBLE!!!!
