Hartford Coffee Company - Mar del plata

This is my second bad experience with Hartford coffee. I ordered a breakfast bowl and no potatoes were in it (as described on the menu). The portion was also about a 1/3 of the size it normally is. To top it all off, it said my order would be ready at 10:05. I didn’t leave there with my order until 10:25. I understand it was busy, but from my order time that is an hour wait from order time. I called and she said the manager would refund it, but I’m not holding my breath. They need to figure out … – show

Great patio and delicious coffee! Will absolutely be returning

Odd experience. I ordered online for pickup. My food won't be ready for 45 minutes but they messaged me my coffee is ready. I enter the place (walked from home) and I don't see my coffee on the pickup rack. They had it behind the counter so I had to wait in line to discover this. Usually things go much smoother. Nice space and good coffee drinks. But I unfortunately have to echo the other reviewers on the food. Somewhat bland and good forever to get. We got 2 breakfast bowls and waited 45m for them. If they would’ve warned us of the wait up front I would understand but that long of a wait for counterserve is crazy.

Sammie's are awesome, everyone is really nice. Love the oat milk hot chocolate
