Pizza Hut - Maplewood

Oh my god! my worst pizza experience was ever in the pizza hat in maplewood. I ordered a big paprika pizza this morning and it was so hard and burned! Apparently, it was a left pizza from the day before, which was kept in the warmer. it tasted awful, I had to throw away the whole pizza. my money was was wasted!

I wish I could give 0 stars as they don't actually deliver food. I waited 2 hours and received nothing. I was told they had not received a order from me despite having recieved tracking and them charging my card. When I called the number I got representative on the #2 line. I never got through to anyone at the store. Nothing but ringing until the phone hangs up. I had to file a charge back on my card with my bank to get a refund. I wish I checked the reviewsfor this location first. I'm not sure how this place is even open.

I submitted an order last night online and paid for the order in advance. The app kept saying and still says preparing your order but, nothing was delivered. I tried calling the store and got a recording that the location was closed but, if you had an order, it would be delivered.I'd like my money back plus the tip I paid online.

I called this location at 9:19 PM, and ordered a medium hand-tossed Italian sausage and black olive pizza. I gave them the address I was located at, and explicit instructions on how to find me. I was told that the driver would be calling me. I said that was fine. I was told it would be 30 to 40 minutes. So I waited. It is now 11 PM, and no sign of a driver no phone call, and no pizza. I'm p*ssed. Worse, I'm still hungry, as as a truck Driver, I am unable to drive anywhere else for food. THANKS.

Ordered a deal for a large one topping and one specialty pan pizza. Got charged and didn 't get the first pizza. The pan pizza isn 't buttered and looked emaciated, the worker said yeah, that 's what they look like with toppings very doughy and cheese wasn 't fully melted
