Bambu Asian Cuisine - Maplewood

The food was absolutely delicious! They can prepare the Sesame Chicken with just the right amount of spice, which was a delightful surprise. The Calamari was unique and incredibly tasty—fried and stuffed to perfection. The Mango spring rolls served with peanut sauce were also outstanding.

Bambú Restaurant serves an array of delicious Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Japanese dishes. The food was freshly prepared and bursting with flavor. The waiter was courteous and greatly enhanced the dining experience. If it were possible, I would rate this restaurant a perfect ten. Highly recommended!

I ordered a half portion of orange chicken, a spicy salmon roll, 3 or 4 puffs, and an egg roll. I placed my order for pickup through their website and included a tip, all for around $37, which seems pretty standard unless you go to a place like Leeann Kinns, haha. The half order of chicken was quite generous—I still have enough left for lunch tomorrow. The egg roll was huge, and the puffs were a decent size as well. I really hope this place sticks around. The little orchid bloom was also a lovely touch!

My husband and I tried this for the first time and it was amazing! I ordered vegan and my hubby ordered vegetarians and after our order, an employee called us to check that something was not vegan and asked us if we wanted to make the change they know about the nutritional difference and looked for us! We ordered Vietnamese egg rolls, the hottest pad Thai and no spices Bambu Signature Stir fry and it was all delicious! The tofu was not just broken and the portions were very good for the price. Will be happy to come back!

I had the chicken and California roll, gluten free of course. It is so good. Last time I was there I had a spring roll with homemade sauce and that was just as good. I had the homemade sauce again today with the Cali roll and was excellent. The has such a wonderful flavor of chicken through out. My hubby had the beef and he absolutely loves it. I highly recommend this place for gluten free enthusiasts and anyone that loves . I have been back a few more times since my first review and its still just as good as the first time. If you haven't been here yet, you need to go.
