4e Winery - Mapleton

One of the owners is vegan, and he makes cooking. they have a vegan bbq chickn (soy curls,) which is great, but he offered to be the sandwich of the day vegan and beat it out of the park. they grow a lot of the products used and do not use chemicals on them. we will visit again when back in the opposite.

We had the most incredible meal at 4e. greg is an incredible cook and an even more beautiful person. his hummus is fantastic and the train mi is from this world good. I didn't want it to end when they came through this area. do they please one and come through, they will not regret it!

The personal was wonderful! we liked the le- and bison-tale wines most!

Wonderful food and great service! the wein is always a favorite!

A fun family event and we enjoyed delicious wein and a cheese tablet that was super. can not wait to come back when the veranda is finished.
