The service at this restaurant was terrible, resulting in a loss of sale and business. On Sunday, May 29th at 4:30 pm, I tried to order two smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels. When it was my turn, I told the cashier my order, but she asked me to wait while she served the customers behind me quickly. I waited patiently, but the people in line took longer than expected and I ended up waiting for a long time with my hungry bagels. The cashier showed no appreciation for my patience. Eventually, I asked another worker if they could make my bagels, but they said only the cashier could make them. It was frustrating to see others being served before me, even though I had been waiting patiently. The decision-making and customer service at this restaurant were disappointing and it was clear that not everyone was treated equally.

The best breakfast in the city! fresh bagels. so many taste bagels blueberry, pumpernickel, sesame, twister etc. with different cream cheese aromen oliven, chives, dill. the green and strawberry salad is delicious. the eggs are perfectly cooked.

Great bagels and food at this location.However in the last 3 months I have been overcharged 3 different times.Today was by $5.50.Be vigilant by asking for a receipt and checking it!!!!!
