Panera Bread - Maple Valley

Incompotent managment team. Hiring manager was openly attracted to young boys and made all the teenage staff uncomfortable and bragged about gambling with our tip money. Completely understaffed, people under 18 doing jobs that certainly weren’t legal for them to do. Your food comes out poorly because there are hardly enough people on the job and the managers leave to have vape breaks in the Grocery Outlet parking lot and leave poorly trained teenagers to run the joint. I have a deep hatred for this place.

I went there with a few friends in autumn and I ordered the seasonal autumn soup. It is by far my favorite thing at Panera. I always get it when it comes in!

While we were in Maple valley for a tournament, my family decided that they wanted to stop and eat at panera. Well my family's meals were fine, I experienced probably the worst sandwich I've ever received from any restaurant anywhere. I had ordered their new Bacon Avocado Melt. Their system said that they were out of Gouda cheese, but the employee assured me that their system was wrong and that it was in stock.Upon receiving my sandwich, I quickly realized how skimpy they went on the ingredients. With Friends having worked in restaurants, I know better than to send something back to be fixed. But it wasn't until I was almost done with my sandwich that my wife realized that there wasn't even any gouda on it. In all, my sandwich consisted of dry bread and about 1/8 inch of ingredients. See my attached pictures.With the selection of restaurants in the area, I would highly recommend skipping Panera and finding something a little more worth your money. I definitely won't ever be back.If you look at the last several for this restaurant, they're all bad. This restaurant appears to be in a downward spiral. Don't make yourself be the one to post the next bad review.
