White Spot Maple Ridge

I visited this location after craving breakfast, and my overall experience was quite positive. I was surprised to find the restaurant still busy at 1:30 PM, but we were seated after a 10-minute wait. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff was friendly. The food we ordered was excellent, especially the hash browns, which the staff mentioned were endless and free. I will definitely come back again.

I truly love this place, but I feel compelled to express my concerns. Lately, my experiences have been quite inconsistent, mostly leaning towards disappointing. For the past six months, every time I've visited, I've encountered problems with the food—whether it’s been undercooked, missing essential ingredients, served cold, or even completely forgotten. The service has also declined, with instances of rudeness, orders being overlooked, and a general lack of friendliness. I really miss how this restaurant used to be. I hope they can turn things around soon; otherwise, I’ll have to consider not returning.

The food is consistently excellent, but I've noticed that the service can be inconsistent, especially during Sunday breakfast. It seems like the early hours may hinder their ability to provide great service every time.

My burger was great!! It tasted like an A&W burger but 10x better. Next time I pass by I will defenetly stop again.

Buddha Boy and MomJ ordered their all-time WS favorite, Calamari, however, they were quite disappointed with the size of the squid...the portion was a little less than what we had before.
