We order the hotdogs for each of our annual company BBQ's. Doug has always been on top of providing excellent and friendly service. Nice choices in meats and sides too!

What a hidden gem. Saw a bunch of happy staffers selling stuff in the tent at the ice fishing derby last February, and decided to go back again place has been remodeled, selection improved, and smiles from behind the counter. I recommend the marinated chicken breasts for grilling.

On Friday July 22nd Was here before was good but I am here right now at 5:52 and he saw me and locked the doors and they close at 6 2 other Customers where also there. Food good but will not go again because of this what a horrible service showing customers are not important

Fantastic shop. Plan on waiting 20 min for anything though.

The Butchery donated to our son's Cub Scout Pack for a fundraising event. We had hot dogs and bratwurst with the scouts for lunch, it was delicious so I thought I'd check out their business.The staff is very helpful knowledgeable. I picked up some of their Colorado jerky to try stuffed chicken breast to grill for dinner. The quality was wonderful, we will definitely be repeat costumers and recommend this business to others.
