Domino's Pizza - Maple Heights

Do not rely on the delivery drivers. There is no professionalism and they do not care about the safety of the customer(s). When asked to place my order on top of my vehicle, the driver instead put it on a trash can. I was not given any compensation or refund for this incident.

I ordered the stuffed cheesy bread and picked it up myself. A gentleman of African descent was managing the restaurant on his own. He was extremely professional and courteous. I would give him a 5-star rating for his exceptional customer service!

Ordering food online from this restaurant was a lengthy and frustrating experience, even for someone as patient as myself. The process felt like an interrogation, with the staff repeatedly trying to upsell additional items. I already knew what I wanted, so this was unnecessary. The staff was okay, although I typically prefer interacting with individuals who are not in their twenties.

I was given the wrong order and when I brought the food back so I could get the correct food the service was terrible! I will never order from there or recommend anyone too. The manager cussed at me and threw money at me ! They should be closed! I did however get a pizza from up the street across from the car wash the service there was wonderful ?

Horrible customer service NEVER ORDER HERE !! Pizza is worst than frozen pizza tbh don’t waste a $1 !!
