Jet's Pizza - Maple Grove

We absolutely love the pizza at Jets; it’s consistently delicious, especially the deep dish! Like many people from the Midwest, we enjoy having ranch dressing with our pizza and dipping sauce for our breadsticks. However, about 25% of our delivery orders are missing these sauces, which is really frustrating since we pay extra for them. We’ve tried calling to address the issue, but it seems the staff is often young and inexperienced, and they either don’t know how to help or promise to make a note in our account, which never seems to happen. We continue to order from Jets because we love the pizza, but please pay more attention to packaging delivery orders to ensure that all items are included!

The crust is consistently super crispy and chewy, topped with gooey mozzarella cheese and crunchy peppers. The eight corner pieces are a fantastic idea and make it easier to enjoy. I give it two thumbs up!

I recently visited the Ahornhain location, and I must say their pizza is consistently amazing. The delivery times are always reliable, and whenever I picked up an order, it was exactly what I requested and served hot. Truly excellent pizza!

I think it's pretty obvious that all the food here is AMAZING, SO DELICIOUS!!!! From her deep plate Za's to her wings, desserts and more, everything is so good! I write this review, although I am talking about the first-rate customer service I have received from Store Manager Patrick in the MG Store today. I submitted a large contract for a working group the night before. There was a little guess in the store and delay in my order delivery (due to several orders coming to the same place), and when I called to talk to Patrick about it, he insisted that he take care of them and our next factory event that we have. I didn't ask or announced that I just let him know what happened. Patrick went beyond and beyond to do everything right, and did it with the best attitude of all time. I look forward to planning future work events with Jet's, I would recommend them to everyone for amazing food, and wonderful customer service and warehouse staff.

Absolutely freaking delicious! All meaty detroit-style deep dish! They were awesome as well they delivered right to my semi truck parked on the side of the road next to the I Spine Clinic! Thank you very much Jets!
