Chanticlear Pizza Grill - Maple Grove

I have been coming to this restaurant for the past 5 years and have always enjoyed the delicious pizza. We used to order it with mild hot sauce, but recently it seems like the sauce has changed or the staff forgot to add it. The last three pizzas we ordered tasted too sweet and didn't have the same flavor as before. We tried reaching out to the manager but never received a response. Overall, the experience was disappointing and we won't be returning. The pizza was terrible and the service was just as bad.

Service is really bad. It’s usually not great, but it’s fine. Didn’t get a drink order in for a half hour and then waited longer to actually get it. Appetizer took over an hour to get, never place a food order. Multiple members of wait staff were taking shots behind the bar. Big time bummer…

I was calculated twice for the same purchase. When I called the manager to inform that I was double-married, she beaten me in a round and said she would look into her and call me back. She never called again, so I have to fight it with my bank now. this is a great customer service chanticlear! Go on! I am sure if the place closes its door within the next few years, this manager can use this same customer service skills to get a promising job at pizza hat or domino!

Would not recommend this place for delivery if they have young children that they do not supply food from the Dörfchen menu to their home. very disappointing.

I had a great time at this restaurant. I always thought it was just a regular pizza place, but it turned out to be so much more. They have a full service bar and offer pull tabs. The pizza was delicious and there was also great music playing.
