Enjoyed both the apple crisp and the Marion berry pies! Solid coffee too!

Pies not thoroughly baked. The crust was soggy and stuck to the bottom of the tin. I ate a bite and thought I was a fool for not realizing I had to bake it myself. But no, they are baked. Also, I’m not even sure how to say this—the cookies had no flavor. I mean with sincerity there is no buttery flavor. Maybe made with crisco? Beware the many 5-star reviews with photos of uneaten pie. Don’t rate food you haven’t eaten.

They make very good pies.Every year for our birthdays we purchase a pie instead of a cake.

On a little getaway, we came across this local bakery and had to stop in to sample! Amy graciously shared her recommendations along with a little history about Pete who even at 94, still comes in to the shop. Super quaint location and staff, highly recommend the apple, oatmeal, brown sugar cinnamon pie ?
