Sonic Drive-in - Manvel

I came to sonic just a few days ago thru the drive thru and I saw this young lady and the kitchen staff had made my food incorrectly because when she repeated my order she had removed everything I did not want. Then she let me she was going to re-make it and was so apologetic I think her name was Emily. I can say I’ve had bad experiences here but this was definitely the only good one. She even gave me this coin that had a free drink because of the wait! I will definitely come again Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was good but I loved how polite, helpful and friendly Rocky was. He was on his skates while car hopping which I loved as well. Service: 5

The most tasteless burgers I have ever had. Will not be going back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Staff is friendly and my food was fine. But the kiosks are awful. Many don’t work at all and those that do have issues. Had to go to four stalls today before finding one that worked and even then the credit card part didn’t work. This location should block off the ones that don’t work. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

My order was completely wrong. Wasn't that hard and they weren't even busy! Well maybe to busy playing. Ridiculous! One double burger no onion and one garlic bacon cheese burger add tomato lettuce. Every time I go to this location.... Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
