Free shuttles to nearby park and beaches are available for 9 11 o'clock departure and 2 5 return. the resort has a lush tropical environment and right in front of our room we saw papageien, iguane, hummingbirds and toucans. heler affen started at 5 o'clock and capuchins visited frequently.
The service is pure pampering. We booked a tour through the front desk that went smoothly and everyone was so friendly! We had relaxing treatments at the spa and enjoyed free breakfast at Claro Que Si every morning (the beet/orange juice is amazing). Always asked if English was preferred, but everyone was also willing to be patient and helpful with our attempts to practice our spanish.
The hotel is beautiful, the view is beautiful. we had some problems with the rooms, but this was especially not to book correctly on our travel agencies. they corrected our roomwork and it seemed ok. when we were in our room, the shower had dachleck, that was pretty bad. they tried to find another room for us, but because we had to do with a sick one, and some other problems we asked to stay and fix. what makes this resort excellent is how it treats our situation. not only that they repair our dachleck in about 3 hours, but they ensured that we needed everything for the baby. we offer food/milk, among other things, and they have updated to each step of the process. real profis. I would stay in a heartbeat again!
That was the first hotel where my man and I stayed during the trip through costa rica. the first look when they first come to their lobby is absolutely stunning. the room was very nice and very comfortable, the shower and the balcony could update a bit. eating was pretty good, but the service in the restaurant was not great. the hotel itself is within walking distance from several major restaurants. the beach was a short car ride away, but they only offer 2 morning hattles and 2 evening hattles (there is a public bus that they can take or if they are ambitious, they can run there. the hotel is located near the national park that was amazing, and the beach was also great.
It's hard to dream a hotel I enjoyed more. they had all the animal worlds and shelters for it, but they all had the comfort of the house. the restaurants were attractions. the spa was perfect. they had monkeys and birds seen from their balcony of the hotel, and beautiful, friendly staff. I want to stay back and there, it's such a perfect place.
