Dutch Bros Coffee - Manteca

This is a fantastic coffee spot. The service is quick, and they handle orders efficiently. I recommend checking out the menu on their website if you're a first-time visitor. The staff is friendly and welcoming, but some of them seem a bit too pushy about receiving tips. While I appreciate their enthusiasm, it can make me feel a bit uncomfortable when deciding whether to tip based on my order or mood. I would prefer if they provided the tablet they carry and let me choose whether or not to tip myself.

I generally enjoy this location, but I was frustrated to see the employees holding up the drive-thru line while chatting with off-duty staff. We needed to pay with cash and ended up waiting an extra NINE minutes (we were the car right behind the one at the window) as they socialized. I don’t understand why they couldn't park or at least move to the side. It would have been helpful if an employee could have walked over to collect our cash, which would have saved us from such a long wait.

The service here is excellent! I ordered a drink that was too sweet, and they made adjustments for me. Thank you, everyone! I really appreciate that you took the time to customize the drink, even though I know you’re busy.

I try to go to this Dutch Bros the most often as they are the most efficient. Even if both lines are full, you can expect it to only be about a 10 minute wait! All Dutch Bros staff are friendly but I enjoy chatting witht the employees at this location. Overall, you can expect to get your coffee more efficiently over here than any other drive through in town.

I had a coffe there and was seeing some papers on the out side table and picked up a call. The workers put the Sound really loud to kick me out of the outdoor dinning table by purpose. Lack of respect with a Custumer in a coffe place it was really intentional by the volume of the music really HIGH and there was no one on the tables to kick me out of there like this. It happend today 15SET Thrusday by 2:00-2:40 p.m. owner pay attention the way your workers treat your paying customers. Check the cameras
