Mcdonald's - Mansfield Center

They do make sure the customers are taken care of and they delivery food fast to the customers.Kid-friendliness: They should have more healthy options for children on the menu

Hands down the worst McDonald’s in the area. Supposed to be 24hrs, but arrive anytime past 12am and the restaurant is nearly non functional. Computer issues, can’t take cash, can’t find online orders, running out of food, emergency in drive thru (honestly I’ve heard it all here). Employees are overworked and overwhelmed, which is probably why there’s always missing items. Management must be garbage.

Somebody needs to call corporate or figure out who runs/owns the McDonald's here they insist on staying open till 1 am and do the following. Take random cash prices for an order even as early as 10pm they lose mobile orders in the system people waiting 20minutes to not even get their order this place needs help.

A bit slow as they have alot of drive throughs. Friendly staff. Clean atmosphere.

Very slow drive thru service. it took us forever a car before us broke down so that we returned to the loudspeaker to order a Shamrock shake, only to find that they no longer have Shamrock shakes, this is very unfair and I take my rating on a star until they deliver their business with the right amount of Shamrock syrup
