Wendy's - Mansfield

Very clean inside. The food was good, nice change from other fast food restaurants. The service was fast and friendly! Oh by the way the bathroom was immaculate! Good job Wendys!!

My family and I specifically go to this Wendy’s because of their fresh, hot food and friendly staff. When asked, they make accurate special orders in a timely manner. We are regulars so a good number of the staff make small but meaningful chit chat during our face to face interaction. To improve, I suggest they put a little bit more focus on the cleanliness of the inside of the restaurant. During the few times we have dined-in, we were not too impressed with this aspect of the restaurant. However, overall, I do not have much to complain about this Wendy’s restaurant. Thank you for the nourishment and friendly interactions.

Order was hot,correct and the employees are courteous, clean,and work hard to get your order out fast. This is my favorite Wendy's.

Burgers were good. Disappointed with the fries. Salty and not crisp as advertised

I live in the neighborhood. They lived here for about 8 months. I might come once a month. Every time I come, I experience someone with a bad setting on the drive thru. Finally, on the 2/6/23, I pulled onto the drive thru and put there for 3 to 4 minutes on the drive thru loudspeaker and nobody even welcomed me until I said “Hello”, and then she said “go before your order.” I told myself I won't come. That was the last time.
