Taco Bell - Mansfield

I ordered a Soft Taco box and a four-pack of sodas using the app for convenience after filling up my tank at the Kroger gas station. My order was ready as soon as I crossed the driveway and arrived at the window, and everything was at the perfect temperature. I received excellent service and food for a Taco Bell order, and they even gave me more than the 24 hot sauce packets I requested.

It really seems to depend on the day and who is working when it comes to whether your order is made well at Taco Bell. I've had good experiences at this location, but the other ones in Mansfield have been rather inconsistent with toppings and often close early due to staffing issues. In fact, the last three times I visited the Ontario locations around 11 PM, they were closed early. I wish they would permanently bring back the Mexican Pizza; it clearly has a lot of fans, and it seems they already have the ingredients available.

Update! The new management at Park Ave has made a significant improvement! The dine-in area is now open for late-night online orders, which is great. I want to give a shout-out to a worker named Jeremy White at Taco Bell. He deserves recognition! He should definitely get a raise or bonus for his outstanding service. He treated me and my children very kindly. However, I've noticed that when we eat there in the evening, they close the drive-thru too early, leading to long waits of about 30 minutes for our online orders. Plus, the food often arrives cold, which is quite disappointing. I can't recommend going to this location at night; the service just isn't good. Also, when you try to call, no one ever answers.

I can't comprehend how they managed to make just one end of the burrito taste sour. It's ridiculous to have only one end of a chalupa! Just a small portion at the end. There were no napkins provided. The chips were fried in old oil. I tried the new verde burrito, and the first half was really good, but the other half was just dry rice and chicken. Once again, the verde sauce was only at one end! On the brighter side, the interaction with the staff was very pleasant.

Overall, my experience was terrible. The dining room is almost always closed, and the posted notices are frequently inaccurate. Customers are required to navigate through the back area and often have to wait up to an hour just to pick up an online order. While I've had a few positive experiences, they're overshadowed by how disappointing this place has been.
