Siam Corner - Mansfield

I've had my share of ordinary Thai meals from other places, but this restaurant truly stands out. The quality and freshness of the food are evident, the portion sizes are generous enough to share or have leftovers, and you can tell that the recipes and flavors are thoughtfully developed, made with care and passion. I never would have guessed that Mansfield, Texas could be home to such a hidden gem! Just a heads-up about the spice levels: they really don’t hold back. I took a friend who ordered a 5 out of 7, thinking they were pretty good with spice. I tried to warn them, but they could only manage a few bites! I usually go for medium myself, which is just right for me, but if you're unsure, play it safe and stick with mild to start. You can always work your way up from there. While I typically opt for takeout, the one time I dined in, I overheard other customers praising the food to the server, which only confirmed my great experience.

NEW OWNERS, but you won’t miss the previous ones at all! The food is AMAZING! I've honestly never had a dish that didn’t leave me wanting more! The owners are incredibly friendly and make you feel like part of the family! I can’t recommend this place highly enough! It’s definitely in my top five restaurants in the metroplex! 10,000 out of 10!

Even though their green curry isn't my favorite, this remains my top Thai restaurant in the area. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are more affordable than anywhere else. You really can't beat their lunch deals, which include a soup or salad with every entree. Their fresh rolls are incredibly tasty, and the tom kha soup is outstanding—it's packed with flavor and the chicken is delicious.

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious. There's a wide selection of items on the menu. I highly recommend giving them a try; you won't be disappointed!
