Panera Bread - Mansfield

Eating is always good service is hit or miss that contributes to an environment that is not always beautiful.

A little disappointed by our local panera. it wasn't very clean. the personal was not friendly as normal. it was not prepared as it should be.

Panera on lexington ave is always great. beautiful, clean, friendly atmosphere, good service and good food. food: 5/5

That was my first time in a Panera bread. when they go in first. the smell is tempting. I was immediately greeted, waited for a short while I abandoned my order. while I was waiting, I went to the bathroom. I was very surprised that it was only locked for a single person.) eating was tasteful and the coffee was great. the staff was friendly and very busy.

Half of my order was great the Mac and cheese was cold and runny though. I've never had cold Mac and cheese here before ... so I'm guessing maybe they forgot to warm it up. The container is cold from the outside and the food inside is cold.
