Mooyah Burgers, Fries Shakes

We paid $40 for two cheeseburgers, two shakes, and one order of fries. However, they forgot to put any toppings, including the cheese, on the burgers and didn't salt the fries. The service was poor, as it was a takeout order. Overall, our meal was disappointing. The cost per person was between $20-30. The food, service, and atmosphere all received a rating of 1 out of 5.

Last visit 6+ months ago the employees were on their phones and completely messed up my order for myself n gf. How do you mess up burgers n fries so badly? Called in and manager took my number for someone else to get back to me. Eventually i got a txt from another manager or owner? Offering a discount on next meal, ya no thx. How about a refund or order remake? I'm not spending $25+ for burgers n fries if they can't operate correctly or make things right.
