Fish City Grill - Mansfield

I ordered oyster nachos, a crab cake, and the bacon-wrapped shrimp and scallop entree. The oyster nachos are to die for. They were perfect and delicious. The combination of flavors was wonderful. The crab cake was disappointing. The flavor was less than exciting, but it was still decent. The shrimp and scallop entree was awful. The flavor of the scallops wasn't quite right and I'm not sure if it was because of the seasoning or being seared just a little too long. The broccoli was undercooked and the bacon wrapped shrimp tasted really weird. It was almost as if the shrimp was bad before it was cooked. The consistency of my mashed potatoes was perfect though. I will give them another try though even if it is just for the oyster nachos and the terrific service. Our server was very attentive even though we sat out on the patio, alone, late in the evening. She was very pleasant and efficient. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Parking: Parking is available in the parking lot right next to the restaurant. My mother and I decided to try this place out since we had a taste for some seafood. The crispy calamari was delicious. She got the stuffed flounder with crab and shrimp and I got the shrimp and grits. My mother really enjoyed the stuffed flounder and her prickly pear margarita. We both were not a fan of the shrimp and grits. Austin is a great waiter and was very helpful when my mothers food came out cold the first time. The place overall has good service. For dessert we got the brownie sundae

Great food, friendly service and always clean restaurant and bathroom. We have been coming here for 5 years now and will continue to go back. I love their drinks and specials change on a daily.
