Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mansfield

I’m visiting from Shreveport, LA, and I had an absolutely amazing steak salad today. I really enjoyed it and will definitely visit again!

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! Taylor was incredibly sweet and kind—truly a gem. She was very accommodating, and her friendliness made my visit special. I’ll definitely choose this Chipotle over others that are closer, all because of her. If you stop by this location, you won't be let down! Thank you, Taylor!

I ordered two bowls online and received them partially empty, yet I was charged full price. I will not be returning.

Great customer service!!! I waited in line for almost 10 minutes while three people placed online orders, and no one seemed to notice the growing line in the store. It felt like we were invisible, except for one young lady at the register who heard the line shout twice that one of the salsas was only available for online orders. I attempted to speak with the manager, Rickey, who was busy at the grill, but he completely ignored me. It’s hard to understand how they can prioritize filling online orders over taking care of the customers who are actually present. Clearly, this location needs better training and management.

I don't even know why I always try to give this place a chance! My husband ordered ahead over the mobile app and one, everything was cold, even if we were at the scheduled pick-up time, and two, my husband ordered double chicken and rice in his bowl and when we came home to eat his bowl was literally only 5 slices of chicken and his bowl was only half full. We tried the mobile app, because usually when we go to the associates are rude, there are no greetings and very bland and dry when ordering, but no, that was not better! We will not return and take the additional trip to Qdoba!
