Cast Crew - Mansfield

Stopped here for lunch today. We were skeptical looking at the building from the outside, but Yelp reviews were good, so we took a chance. Yelpers have not disappointed me before and today was no different. The service at Cast Crew was great! So nice, co COVID courteous, prompt, helpful. I had the Southwest BBQ Chicken salad with caramelized onions and it was delicious, big enough for two meals. Hubby had a basic burger that was good. The restaurant is doing all of the CDC guidelines for COVID this was our first dine in experience in 4 months. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was because it is dark. It looks too much like a tavern from the outside. I would not have gone in by myself, from the looks outside then inside there are heavy dark curtains that keep you from seeing out and potential customers from seeing in. If I come back to Mansfield, I would definitely go again, but I 'd hope that things are a little brighter.

An improvisational restaurant ? Trust the chef to make something burger-wise that I 'll enjoy? Sure, why not?! So glad I did! Our family of four took the gamble to stop here on our way through town and were overwhelmingly pleased with everything we ordered and ate!

Doesn't look like much but the staff was friendly and the food was AMAZING! We did not leave hungry!

Was not very hungry but came by near lunch time and decided to check it out. So very happy we stopped. Went with the chef's choice of appetizer, salad and dessert. The 2 of us shared and left nothing behind. One of our most memorable meals! Absolutely delicious

Stopped here for dinner one evening shortly before closing and the staff gladly seated us. We ordered the BLT and a burger as the main course. OMG. Everything just melted in your mouth and was so flavorful. Big props to the chef. Will definitely be coming back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
