Pizza Hut - Mansfield

Haven't visited a Pizza Hut for years so thought we'd give it a go. Waiting staff were welcoming and pleasant. Same old Pizza Hut though. Overpriced. No fault of the actual restaurant but the ordering is via an app which kept on going wrong, so the whole process took much longer than normal. Also the vegan pizza using Violife cheese is disgusting. They really need to change that. It makes it impossible for me to eat here again. Again that's to do with Pizza Hut and not this particular restaurant. Apart from all that the place was o.k.

My family and I visited this restaurant for my sister's birthday. The salad bar was really good and the staff were very welcoming. However, we were disappointed with the lack of value for money. The pizzas were very small for the price, nearly £20 each, and had hardly any toppings or sauce. They did not resemble what was advertised.

Visited here on Saturday with the family for a birthday treat, big mistake. Looked at the menu before coming and new it was expensive but we had a 25 discount code and the pictures of the food looked good so went ahead and booked. On arrival was shown to our table and ordered our meals. Flat bread was small with very little toppings and rock hard, pizza also had meagre toppings, none of them looked like the photos on the website. Salad bar was okay but alcoholic drinks expensive. Place itself was clean and staff were polite but unless you are getting a discount or going for midweek deals it’s an expensive experience for poor food.

Fabulous time with grandchildren last night. Can’t fault the service, it was excellent. Food hot and delicious, large portions. Can’t wait to go again.

My son asked for Pizza Hut for his birthday tea because he’d never been before. I am so glad he suggested it because we had a great time. Food was beautiful, highly recommend the flat breads, yum! The kids meals were fantastic for the price, included; a drink, main, side, salad and a pudding, the kids said everything was delicious! The staff were amazing, they made my son feel very special by making a fuss of his birthday. We will definitely be returning regularly, thank you so much ladies :
