Scala - Mansa Konko

We heard a lot about this restaurant so decided to ho there. We were given a table and there were already a lot of people. The wine we order was good... got a small amuse which taste nice and some bread and butter on the house. We order our meal which was very good. Staff was polite but distant. You can really see who is a regular and who is a new person in the way you are served. Meat was tender and well prepared. Dessert was nice...I would have given them 4 stars but I ended up with 3 during to the fact they say they welcome Visa card but it was not working anymore... they should have said this when we entered... now I had to find a way to pay the restaurant... you feel very awkward.

This restaurant is amazing. A varied menu and top staff. Highly recommended in the Senegambia !!

Delicious food, good card a lot of delicious dishes and desserts. Sits on the side street of the big strip. Definitely worth a walk.

The service was exceptional, and the food was outstanding. This is the top choice for dining in the area.

I have passed by this restaurant many times, and I must say it's a lovely place with beautiful grounds and a pleasant atmosphere. On my last night, I decided to take my Gambian partner there as a special treat for her. We both had a wonderful evening. The staff were very friendly, and the food was quite good. I look forward to returning when things calm down.
